While HydraFacial is generally safe for all skin types, please consider the following prior to scheduling:

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not recommended if pregnant or breastfeeding due to the salicylic acid used in some steps.

Sun Exposure: Avoid direct sun exposure and sunbeds for at least two weeks prior to treatment.

Topical Products: Discontinue topical retinol, Retin-A, glycolics, etc., for one week prior to treatment.

Post-Treatment Retinol: Do not use retinol for three days post-treatment.

Facial Injections: If you’ve had recent facial injections (Botox, HA fillers, Sculptra, etc.), please wait two weeks before scheduling any facial treatment service.

Pre-Treatment Hair Washing: Please do not wash your hair the day of your appointment. Skipping shampoo allows for the best opportunity to assess your scalp and personalize your treatment.

Post-Treatment Drying: Your scalp and hair should dry quickly (approx. 15-20 minutes after treatment) without leaving heavy residue.

Hair Dryer: Avoid using a hair dryer within an hour of the treatment.

Post-Treatment Hair Washing: Do not wash your hair for at least 4 hours after treatment. For maximum peptide absorption, it’s best to wait until the day after your treatment.

Hair Tension: Avoid extreme or repetitive tension on the hair, such as tight ponytails or headbands.

Chemical Hair Treatments: Wait at least 2 weeks after receiving the in-office treatment before chemically treating your hair (e.g., coloring, perms).

PRP Treatments: Wait at least 2 weeks after receiving the in-office treatment before receiving any Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments

What’s the process?

During your HydraFacial treatment, your skin will be cleansed to get it prepared for the remainder of your treatment. It will then be exfoliated to remove dead skin cells and other impurities. An acid peel will be applied to your skin to help with resurfacing and to also prepare it for extractions. Once extractions are complete a customized masque will be applied. Lastly, antioxidants are infused into the skin.

How soon will I see the results?

Immediately post-treatment the skin will feel cleaner and have a radiant glow

How often can I have HydraFacial?

HydraFacials can be done every two to four weeks, depending on your skin needs and concerns.

How many treatments do I need?
