I have always been obsessed with the beauty industry and everything about it. At a very young age my mom taught me how to take care of my skin, she always told my sister and me how important it is to wash your face and she always bought us the best products. It just stuck with me I guess. When I was finally of age to work, I always had a job in the beauty industry working at cosmetic counters. As much as I loved makeup, it was the skincare products that excited me more. I decided to go to esthetics school in 2000. It’s been such an inspiring journey since. I’ve met so many great and knowledgeable humans along the way in this industry.

Hello, my name is Payton and I am currently an injector here at face KC. I have been an injector since 2021. In addition to being an injector, I also work at Saint Luke’s Hospital in the post anesthesia care unit as a recovery nurse. I graduated from Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I started full time at the hospital after graduating nursing school. After a couple of years I decided that I wanted to explore other areas of the nursing world, which is how I got here!
Ever since I was a little girl I always knew I wanted to go into the medical field to become a nurse because of my desire to help and care for others. I’ve also had admiration for the beauty industry for as long as I can remember. I have always been passionate about helping uplift others and make people feel their absolute best. I stayed persistent in getting into the cosmetic side of nursing and once I was in, I fell in love.
In my free time I enjoy traveling and getting to see all the beautiful places this world has to offer, as well as spending time with my friends and family.
Here at Face KC I get to fully indulge in my passion as I watch my patients walk out of their appointments feeling refreshed, happy, and most importantly confident. I’m dedicated to making people look and feel beautiful in every way possible, which brings me endless satisfaction. I only hope that I am able to give each client a personalized and comforting experience that leaves them feeling refreshed in their own skin!
I am beyond excited to get to work in the field of Medical Aesthetics. It has always been a passion of mine and something I always saw myself loving. Helping others to feel great about themselves is truly the most rewarding feeling and why I absolutely love my job. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
I started my medical career in 2005 and have always been highly driven and motivated to learn new information, skills, and techniques. My love for aesthetics goes back just about as far as I can even remember. I am reminded of when I was about 5 or 6 years old, I shaved my legs for the very first time without my mother knowing. We were going to go to Disneyland the next day, so I wanted to look my best for Prince Eric. At that age, I didn’t realize you usually shave the whole leg, so I just shaved only the fronts of my lower legs and painted my nails. I’m pretty sure this is where it all started. I grew up on a first-name basis with the wonderful ladies at the MAC makeup counter. I would do my high school and then college friends’ makeup for fun events and weddings over the years, always staying up to speed on the latest beauty trends.
I’ve always looked at the beauty industry as an artistic outlet, everything cosmetic was always so fun and interesting to me. I quickly learned that without the aesthetics side of it, cosmetics wouldn’t be. Your skin is your canvas, and without a well taken care of canvas, you’ll never get the results you want. There’re not many more things that are as fulfilling as instilling your knowledge in someone while helping that person feel more comfortable & confident in their own skin. Being in this industry allows me that satisfaction daily. Watching a patient come back in with a new glow about them, maybe a little more bounce in their step, or just hearing about their day-to-day experiences from a more confident outlook brings so much warmth & joy that being in this industry is a no brainer.
Hello everyone! My name is Ashlynn and I’ve been a licensed esthetician since 2022. The beauty industry has been a tremendous passion of mine for quite some time with skincare being my top focus. I always found myself never missing my skincare routine and trying the newest products, treatments and staying up to date on the newest trends.
I also came into this field with hopes of helping other men and women overcome issues surrounding acne being that I’ve experienced it myself firsthand. So, I personally understand the frustration and low self-esteem it comes with and with my knowledge I know I can make a difference in providing the best possible care one face at a time. In return making my clients feel more confident and bringing me endless satisfaction. I’m grateful to have the opportunity here at Face KC to start this journey.
Madisson is a licensed esthetician with 8 years of experience and has been part of our team as a receptionist since 2021. She loves helping guests enhance their skincare routines and enjoys educating them about our products and services. Her favorite product is the Plated Daily Serum, and her go-to treatments are Hydrafacials with dermaplaning and Botox.
Olivia Sabala joined our team as a receptionist in 2024. With a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for beauty and wellness, she ensures smooth daily operations while helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they arrive. She can’t live without her Alpharet peel pads, Botox, and emotional support water bottle.
My name is Sophia, I’m a licensed aesthetician who loves helping others feel confident and radiant in their own skin. Since earning my license in 2022, I’ve gained over two years of hands-on experience in a medical spa environment, where I have developed my skills in advanced skin care treatments, and have gained knowledge in combining results driven techniques with personalized care. My goal is for my clients to feel welcomed and comfortable while I leave them glowing both inside and out
I’m Lilly Rice, and I work the front desk here at Face KC Medical Spa! I love being the first person to welcome our patients and help make their visit feel easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. Face KC is extra special to me because it’s owned by my mom, and I’m proud to be part of something she’s built with so much care. I love connecting with people and being part of a place that helps everyone feel confident and beautiful.
